What is dropquay?+
A UK dropshipping supplier with the automation built in. Pick products from our catalogue, list them on eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or Square, and when a customer orders we charge your card the wholesale price and ship to your customer with tracking.
Do I need supplier accounts?+
No. dropquay is your supplier. You pay one delivered wholesale price per order to us, and we handle sourcing, dispatch and tracking. No minimum orders and no stock to hold.
How do I pay for orders?+
Save a card once. When a customer buys from you, we charge that card the wholesale price for that order and dispatch it straight away. Your channel pays you as normal, so you keep the difference.
How fast is delivery?+
It depends on the product, and we show it on every one before you list it. UK stock typically arrives in 1–4 days, UK print-on-demand in 2–5 days, and global lines in 5–12 days.
How many products can I sell?+
Thousands. Start with our hand-picked range, or search the full catalogue by keyword, category, price and UK stock. Every product shows your delivered cost, a suggested price and your margin before you add it.
What if a parcel arrives damaged, goes missing or is wrong?+
Report it from your Orders page within 45 days, with photos for damaged or wrong items. Once it's confirmed we refund what you paid us for that item to your card. Change-of-mind returns from your customers are handled by you, as with any shop.
What happens if something sells out?+
We list a little less stock than we hold (a safety buffer), so you're unlikely to oversell. If stock hits zero the product is paused on every channel, then restored when it's back.
Do eBay and TikTok fees eat my margin?+
Each channel gets its own price — marketplaces can carry an uplift to cover their fees — and your margin is checked after that channel's fees. A product that works on Shopify but not on eBay is paused on eBay only.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract — cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Your products and settings are kept if you come back.
